How do I apply for a trade account?

What types of treats do you offer?
Our range includes 100% natural, single-protein dog treats made with simple, honest ingredients. All our treats are grain-free, air-dried, and ideal for use in training, enrichment, or everyday treating.
Where are your products made?
All of our treats are proudly made in the UK using responsibly sourced ingredients and sustainable packaging.
Are your treats suitable for dogs with sensitivities?
Yes — our treats contain no grains, fillers, or artificial additives. They’re a great option for dogs with allergies or dietary sensitivities.
Ordering & Delivery
How do I place an order?
Once your trade account is approved, you can order directly through our wholesale portal or via email.
How quickly will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch trade orders within a few working days, it can be up to 14 days during busy periods If you need a faster turnaround, just let us know — we’ll always do our best to help.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only supply to businesses within the UK. If you're based overseas and interested in stocking our products, feel free to reach out to discuss future opportunities.
Support & Extras
Do you provide samples and marketing materials?
Yes — we can provide samples in your first trade order so you and your team can try the range. We also offer free point-of-sale materials to help you promote the products in-store or online.
